Shipping Policy

How long will it take for my purchase to ship out?

We're a humble operation screen printing and processing all orders by hand, but we are committed to getting you the gear you ordered as quickly as possible after production is complete.

Our kick-off launch sale runs from August 1, 2024 - August 15, 2024 and then we hit the presses hard.

Order fulfillment for orders purchased between August 1, 2024 - August 15, 2024 will begin no later than August 21, 2024.

USA Orders

We will ship to all US-based customers via USPS Ground and provide tracking as soon as your order leaves our shop.

International Orders - Duties/Taxes & Customs

All international orders will be shipped flat-rate via USPS Priority Mail International to ensure the proper information is provided to customs upon import of merch to your specific country.

Big Mad does not know, keep track of, or collect any international duties or taxes at the time of sale, and it is the sole responsibility of Big Mad customers to pay their own duties and import taxes and fees.
